Refund + Exchange Policy?

Exchanges or Store Credit will be offered for returns made within 14 days of receiving your package. NO REFUNDS. Sale (Clearance) items do not qualify for returns. 

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We will do our best to respond in a timely fashion on the next steps you need to take in the return process.

Where are you located?

All things LUXE happen in Youngstown, OH.

Do you carry plus sizes?

We do, just head over to our Luxe Curve tab.

Where do you ship?

 We currently ship anywhere in the United States + Puerto Rico.

How long does it take to ship your products ?

It takes 1-2 business days to process the order then estimated delivery date will be processed via carrier . We ask that you allow 10-15 business days, while it may only take 5-7. 

Once package has left our facility, we cannot take accountability for its whereabouts. Please contact the carrier for any questions on your package. Also keep in mind, if address was input incorrectly, we cannot offer a refund or replace merchandise. Please be mindful of details entered.
